Excellent humor, Janet. I usually like to follow directions when putting something together, but if I saw that before buying a product, I’d put it back.

Thanks Pete, my son said ‘Just put the batteries in and get on with your life!’ But the batteries wee already in- the next day i plucked up courage and read a few parts and discovered I had to pull a tag to activate the battery and press a button…

I have that same carbon monoxide alarm. (Because we have a wood-burner) Just throw away the instruction leaflet, pull the tab, and put it in place. Mine still works after 7 years.

Love these, Janet. Those alarm directions in the first shot were alarming in length. So true…unless you get items which have no directions whatsoever when they most certainly should. I’m definitely gonna make sure we don’t get any cake mix off the Amazon.😁
