An eclectic selection of photos new and old. I have been taking photos since I was eight; I now enjoy digital photography, but I don’t ‘do technical’, I just enjoy pointing and shooting. Most recently I have been taking all my photos with my phone. I snap anything and everything to use in my blogs, on Facebook and Instagram.

CHRISTMAS 2022

WINTER HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED

AUTUMN IS HERE AND THE DROUGHT FORGOTTEN

AUGUST BROUGHT HEAT WAVES AND TALK OF DROUGHT. I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WATERING THE GARDEN OR AT THE BEACH HUT AND NOT WRIITNG BLOGS!

July has brought record temperatures and not much rain. By the river or in the sea is the place to be.

June has brought hot weather, a swim in the sea and a stay on the Isle of Thanet

It’s May, enjoy some spring colours.

Take a stroll from 2021 2 2022

October was very mild. I didn’t get far afield, but we did go to a pumpkin field. Sunny Fields Farm turned out to be more than just a pumpkin field and included hot pumpkin food, all in a socially distanced setting.

SEPTEMBER

It is August 2021 and many of us have still not been far afield, but there are still plenty of sights to see.
