I crocheted a hanging flower basket when the garden was first being created in Bournemouth, but when we saw saw it all put together in Bournemouth Library we couldn’t believe all the things people had made.

I’ve seen a few of these wonderful knitted scenes. Part of their charm is the communal creative spirit that underpins such massive endeavours 🙂

Amazing, I have several formal friends created for my children but nothing as intricately laid out! you have obviously invested some serious knitting hours filling those different areas it looks fantastically creative!

Created by knitters from all over the area and it has been touring a while. I made a hanging basket for the original ‘Blooming Marvelous’ in Bournemouth Library.

Someone very inspired got an arts council grant and went around recruiting knitting groups and schools etc
