Janet, I love those gingerbread people-looking tree ornaments. As for 2024, I am looking forward to it as I don’t know how many more I’ll have…so I’m gonna make the best of each one I’m blessed with!

Hello Bruce. The gingerbread men were a Lego present from my friend. Age six plus and my great niece had to help me make them.
Good idea, we should all try and look forward to 2024 and see if we all made it this time next year!

What a lot of balls! Hope you had a good Christmas, Janet. I tend not to travel to the beach in December – it’s rather bleak and I don’t like to see all the shops and kiosks closed.

I learned recently that this time between Christmas and New year when we all collapse in an untidy heap after the pre-Christmas exertions has acquired the name ‘The Winterval’. I am looking forward to 2024 but I’m not sure why!
