Wonderful pictures. I have been to Great Britain numerous times throughout my career and have seen the airport in London more often than any other. I enjoyed a couple of weeks in England as an exchange student when I was thirteen or fourteen.
A glorious time of year for that Liz. Ps I just finished reading ‘Telling Sonny’ . I feel like I have travelled all over and experienced those train rides and hotel rooms!
I went there first when I was a toddler then our junior school trip… Considering we can see it from our cliff top ( except when it’s foggy ) I have not been many times. We also had a day of very strong wind and rain!

I travel a lot for work too. You are right, we see the hotels and airports more!

As I was researching The Needles, I also discovered the ones in the Black Hills of South Dakota and a Scottish band. You sent me on quite a journey!
