I’m busy with visitors, just time for a quick trip to the shops for a few essentials.
Shopping makes you tired so it’s handy to have somewhere comfortable to sit.
And if you take your visitors shopping make sure you choose somewhere easy to find to meet up if they get lost…
...or you never know where you might end up...
...or what you might end up buying.
Your visitors will need a cup of tea after all that shopping.

Just curious about the “legendary acts” that have performed in Bournemouth. I can see Queen, Take That and Rod Stewart (I think), but there’s not quite enough resolution to see the rest. 🙁

Yes, I was impressed by the number. (42 is kinda special, isn’t it?) But, you seem to be saying, “Never mind the quality, feel the width!”. Or am I being unkind to the concert-goers of your home town? 😉

My ideal shopping experience is no crowds and no queues for the checkout…I refuse to use self checkout…I must say everywhere looks very clean and well kept…x

Hello Carol, yes I agree. The longest queue on our visit was M&S café! I avoid self checkout and when a cashier says ‘Sorry to keep you waiting’ I always reply that i don’t mind waiting for a human being.

Tee hee – my ideal shopping experience is not shopping at all…
Unless it’s a ‘gear’ shop – full of Gortex or windsurfing gear.
We used to frequent H2O Watersports in Poole on days when the wind was not blowing. Our biggest haul was 3 boards – not all us. I bought one board, and our friends bought boards one each!
Nice to see Castle Point going all grassy!

I like the grass armchair, which I presume is astroturf? Otherwise you would have to mow your furniture. My ideal shopping is to go to one shop where you can buy all that you need, (like my local Tesco Extra superstore) and not to have to keep parking at different shops. I also don’t mind waiting for a human on the checkout, and have never yet used a self-service option.

My ideal shopping trip would be sitting in a grass chair reading a book while my wife shopped. That would be her ideal shopping trip too.

My mom loves to shop so sometimes I take her. Thankfully, she can only manage a few hours 😆
