Time for a wander to look for useful things.

Do you get the feeling someone is staring at you?

Just keep walking and ignore them.

Did you see someone out of the corner of your eye?

Perhaps you should go and look for something to eat.

Don’t forget to pay for everything you bought.

What did you buy today?

I didn’t submit to the allure of the antique and vintage shop. (For a change!)

I hope not! Our house is maxed out on antique and vintage.

We have far too many trinkets in our house already. And, anyway, those prices look way too high for my wallet!

Hello Stoney, perhaps you would prefer to go there and sell some of your things!

I love all that quirky stuff! It looks like the old Vintage Emporium which was one of my fave shops!
I’ve only bought a quiche Lorraine today. And a cake.
But I did buy 3 acres of France the other day 🙂

Up Bridge Street, used to be Molly’s Den. Great fun and nice cakes in the cafe.

Oh, I know where that is! We’ve been in there before. It’s dog friendly 🙂

Let me see. I took Mom shopping for services for her party that’s coming up. We also bought a big leg of lamb and two gammons for the celebration. I like your shopping trip, Janet.

Thanks Robbie, no legs of lamb in this place.

A most memorable shopping for you 🙂 One that will last 🙂 We bought fruits and veggies and ostrich meat 😉

I would like to try ostrich, I hear it is a very healthy meat.

It’s tasty, almost no fat and no game-flavour either. I make goulash with it but we also had it as burgers and on skewers, as soosaties. Much like chicken breast, you want to make sure you don’t over cook it as it turns dry.

Thanks Patricia, sounds as if I would like it and I have amusing visions of buying a whole ostrich as I do with my free range chicken from the butcher!

I don’t think I’ll have enough counter space for a whole ostrich 🙂

Yes you would certainly like this one Sally and it’s so packed you can go round again and see the things you missed the first time.

OMG–that Nutella stand/stool–I love it so much. I’m not sure I’d spend that much on it, but if it were cheaper, I’d be finding a place for it in my home for sure.

I was tempted to by it for two of my grandchildren as they have Nutella for breakfast every morning! Not at that price though.
