Thanks Dr. B, any similarity is purely a coincidence.

Isn’t using your own facts ‘the news’?!

I shall quote a faculty colleague who taught courses in critical thinking: “Yes, you have a right to your own opinion–but you don’t have a right to your own facts.”

My only problem with your news reporting is it doesn’t describe which shade of orange. We need to know these things. 😀

Burnt orange by the time it’s blasted off!

I’m sure a version of “The News” by Janet… will be something we would rather read and leave us with a frown that’s turned upside down 🙂

Thanks Carol and breaking news reveals that Shaun the Sheep will be on board the orange rocket, so that’s reassuring for science…

The first sheep in space? There has been a variety of animals and insects but no sheep…

I suspect these are (or will be) genuine headlines, and I like your colour ‘grading’ system, Janet.
Best wishes, Pete. 🙂

Yes Pete, they should adopt colour grading for the strap lines.

I don’t know about extra galactical astronomers but the fuel tank on the launch thingy for the space shuttle was orange. I only know this because I just used a picture of it for my next blog which explores the connection between it and a Roman horse’s bum!
My model Thunderbird Three was orange.
It’s a great colour for a rocket!
