So lovely to see my adopted home town from up a mountain in Italy! I always enjoyed the Christmas market, especially the mulled wine in a ceramic wellington boot!
Bournemouth has done well, with an impressive market. I never go to Christmas markets, but my wife loves to go to the one in Bury St Edmunds every year with her daughters.
Best wishes, Pete.
We have been to the Lincoln Xmas market a couple of times which is really massive winding round the castle and down the hill, but it was so busy we escaped to the cathedral.
We have had torrential rain too! I am going to a local Christmas market on Saturday and hope it stays dry. Nothing as big as the Bournemouth one and far fewer lights but still fun,
Wonderful Christmas decorations, Janet.

Yes it’s hard to believe we were worried about drought. Good luck for Saturday.
