Love this!
Needless to say, I’m rather taken by the Vee Dub house…
It’s an idea for us. Big News. We’re going back in the brick in September, so we’ll be neighbours.
We have had an interesting final week of our Baltic trip. We visited the battle sites of Azincourt and Crecy, a fabulous manor, Regnier Ecluse, on the Bai de Somme, occupied by the same family since 1190, and a V1 missile launch site in the forest of Eu, which I rather like as a place name composed only of vowels!
And now we’re just wandering around the New Forest and will undoubtedly will be you know where at some point after we’ve been to the Isle of Wight on Monday. 🙂

We seem to have brought some sun with us, for the moment, at least!

It looks as though the dental practice is in somebody’s attic!

My best dentists have always been at the top of several flights of narrow stairs! There are actually three dentists and two chairs up here, but it makes for cosy chats among the patients. Once upon a time it was the top floor of a terraced house I guess.

Hi Janet, a fun post. I haven’t been anywhere interesting this past week except the hospital. Quite a funny story about one visit. TC and I are planning a trip to the bush in August.

Hello Robbie, I’m sure the bush trip will result in some fascinating pictures for us all to see.

Some wonderful finds, Janet! I haven’t seen anything nearly as interesting around here in my part of TX. We have a new bar around the corner with a red phone booth outside, but that pales in comparison.

Some great images love the lighbulb we do have something similar to the VW image one of our eateries has halves of cars and campers on his outside wall which is quite effective but no way gives any indication of the beautiful waterfalls inside a tale of two halves..I hope you have a lovely week 🙂 x

Thanks Carol. I would like the waterfalls with my meal. The MacDonald’s on the Bath Road by Heathrow used to have aeroplane tails inside, that was fun.

We went to a place fairly close to us and the cafe and seating was actually inside a plane you mentioning plane made me remember that x

What fun. This has made me remember some pretty strange places we have eaten. when I first knew my husband I’m sure we went to a place that was all stalactites and stalagmites – not real ones. It was easy to get lost.

The toy rabbit is so sad! Somewhere, a child is crying for that missing companion.
Best wishes, Pete.
