Nobody wants to knock the elf off the shelf.

This way for more fun…

Elves on strike

Just time to dash across the road before a bus comes along.

Be careful, The Square ( that’s round ) is very slippery when wet. Now you can slip into the Alpine Bar.

Oooh, it does look very wet. We’ve also had a very wet day

It certainly was, but not as wet as recently when the Bourne Stream rose and flooded the gardens. A photo opportunity I missed!

So do I Carol. when I sent my friend the photos she said I needed rocks for the waves to crash on.

I agree that would have been spectacular…

I used to like walking by the sea in (or even better just after) a storm. I noticed this morning that in Cardigan the tree is a cone of strings of lights which move a chevron pattern up in waves. I am sure it is ‘efficient’ but it did feel to rather miss the point!

I was meant to be going in the other direction when I got off the bus, but couldn’t resist going down to the beach first.
‘Xmas’ trees seem to be created out of all sorts, as long as they are cone shaped!

I wouldn’t try too hard to resist the beach either.

Yes I like walking in the wind and rain as long as it is followed by meeting friends for coffee!

A lovely and festive post – despite the rain. 🙂
