Tidalscribe Tales – New Review

Today my short story collection Tidalscribe Tales features on Smorgasbord, Sally Cronin’s very popular blog. She is a great supporter of fellow authors and regularly promotes their books. In this blog you can read Sally’s review and also an extract from one of the stories.

  1. Janet, congratulations on the wonderful review. This is a terrific feature of your book and I loved the excerpt which managed hooked me and gave me goosebumps! You have a great gift of writing.

  2. I was reminded that I once knew a blogger on here. She was US, and, you know, a woman of maturity. But she wrote not-bad erotica. She had a blog once where she used her real name, and one of her followers actually mailed photographs of her house to her! That’s scary.
I mean, I write anonymously for fearof upsetting people, but I guess we need to think of our safety, too.

    1. That was really creepy. Those of us who started blogging to showcase our books can’t be anonymous, unless we write under a pen name. I would be surprised if I met Mr. Bump wandering round Christchurch!
