Not lost, but found was a genuine axolotl . It is only found in South America, but somehow ended up under a bridge in Wales and was found by a ten year old girl who loves wildlife. Picture may not be accurate representation of the rescued axolotl.

A great story and pictures, Janet. I saw amazing wildlife in February. Unwise purchases – no. I did have to buy new glasses and shoes but, hopefully, these are good purchases 😊

Only the usual wildlife here–squirrels, deer, raccoons. My only unwise purchases were ebooks that turned out to be AI produced text without any human inputs. I complained and they’ve been taken down by the retailer.
