We sang some at high school in Australia. I believe there was a move years ago to write some relevant carols that were an alternative to northern hemisphere dark winters, snow and Victorian sentiments!
It doesn’t look very exciting does it? I think they can only claim it as the first municipal beach hut. Margate might claim the first beach huts which evolved from bathing machines.
